The concept of The Science of Business is simplicity. As a chemist I know that when certain ingredients are mixed together under certain conditions in a defined environment, things change, and the result is predictable and reproducible.
So, I believe it is with business. When a business’ internal fundamentals are strong, “best practice” concepts are put in place and the environment is understood and considered, businesses will change and will yield the results planned for.
